Braiding is the core of the business. Consultations are required for new clients and walk-ins are not accepted. Shampoo is included with every service, and a deep conditioner can be added to any visit for $20. Braiding hair is offered in colors 1b, 2, and 4 for some styles, and clients may bring their own hair, with the price unchanged for most styles. Braiding is offered in smedium, medium, and large sizes only.
The business keeps a set of house rules. Clients arriving 20 minutes late pay a $25 late fee, and arriving more than 30 minutes late may lead to cancellation or rescheduling. A first-time client under age 10 must attend the appointment, and no guests are allowed. An extra fee applies for style takedown, and the business will not fix a style once the client has left, so concerns should be raised before leaving. Refunds are not offered.
