Color services include balayage and full or partial highlights, single and double process color, gloss, root touch-ups with a complimentary K18 treatment, face framing highlights, and temple tint for returning clients who need gray coverage at the ears and crown. Most color services include a K18 PRO peptide treatment, a deep conditioning masque and a blowout. Temple tint is limited to two in a row before a roots and refresh or full color is needed, so the back of the hair grows out evenly.

Cuts and styling include a custom haircut with wash and deep conditioning, a cut shaped to curl pattern with diffused styling, face framing touch-ups for returning clients, and bang trims. Blowouts are offered in the Dominican style, and there are curl sets, updos, Hollywood waves and vintage styling for events. Blowout bundles of four or six are available, with the six-blowout bundle including one haircut that must be booked to redeem it.

Makeup services include a soft glam face for special events and headshots, with skin prep, lashes, blotting and lipstick, plus a combined hair and makeup option. Makeup house calls are available. Smoothing treatments include an anti-frizz treatment that lasts about six to seven weeks without permanently altering the hair, and a keratin treatment that lasts twelve to sixteen weeks and permanently alters curl pattern.

Clients can book in person or online and may use Buy Now, Pay Later on bookings from $50 to $4,000. Hours are Monday from 12 to 7, Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 to 7, and Saturday from 8 to 4, with Thursday, Friday and Sunday closed. A card must be on file to book, clients must be 18 or older unless arranged in advance, and forms must be completed and signed before the appointment. A paid 20-minute consultation is available before booking, and deposits and consultation fees are non-refundable and applied to the appointment. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice, later cancellations are charged half the service, and no-call no-shows are charged the full service. There is a 10-minute grace period for lateness, and services may be shortened without a reduction in the charge. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and are final sale.

Services are fitted to hair texture and curl pattern, and new clients can start with a paid consultation before booking.
