Color and extensions are the core of the business. Services range from root touch-ups and foil or balayage color to full extension packages with custom blended wefts, a color match, installation, and an at-home care kit. Extension maintenance alternates between a move-up and a full remove and reinstall, and every maintenance visit includes a scalp treatment and blowout. The salon advises extension wearers on which products to avoid and suggests a sulfate- and paraben-free shampoo for home use.
The head spa is a private room inside the salon. Visits include scalp cleansing, customized hair and scalp treatments, steam, and an extended massage, and a blowout can be added. Facials use the Circadia skincare line, with options from a 30-minute express facial to a 90-minute treatment facial that opens with a consultation and skin analysis. Guests can also have a refreshment and use Wi-Fi during their time in the salon.
New guests get extra time for a consultation so the stylist can learn their hair goals. The salon may reach out before the first visit to ask about goals, inspiration photos, and current hair photos. New guests are asked to arrive with clean, dry hair unless their stylist says otherwise. Hours are Tuesday to Thursday 9:30 AM to 7 PM, Friday and Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM, and the salon is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Bridal styling is available for the bride and bridal party, with a single-style or multi-style trial before the wedding. A wedding date is held with a signed contract and deposit, and the remaining balance is due one month before the wedding. The salon also rents independent stylist spaces and private studio suites to beauty professionals, and offers a Salon Assistant role for cosmetology students and newly licensed stylists who want hands-on mentorship.
The salon aims to feel comfortable and approachable, so guests can come as they are, and brings together professionals with their own specialties and styles under one roof.
