Color is the core of the menu: extra color application, toner, root touch-ups, mini, partial and full foil services, and balayage. Clients planning a complete color change are asked to contact the salon beforehand, since that visit may need more time. Color corrections are not scheduled during standard appointment times.

For color visits, hair should be washed within 48 hours beforehand and arrive completely dry. Temporary gray cover-up products should not be used before a color appointment. Mini foil is an add-on for the face frame only and does not include toner.

Beyond color, the salon offers women's, men's and children's haircuts, blow outs, a keratin express blow out, a keratin complex treatment, and K18 and Malibu Crystal Mineral treatments. A 30-minute consultation is offered at no charge, gift cards are sold through the booking site, and a portfolio page is available on the website.

Clients running late are asked to let the salon know. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling or a shortened service. A no-show or cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment is charged 50% of the total scheduled services. The fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked and is not held as a deposit toward a future visit. Clients with standing appointments have 7 days to pay the fee to keep those appointments.
