Parlour was founded in 2020 by owner Angie Tuskweth together with long-time co-workers and friends who are now on the team. The stated mission is hair care in an upscale yet relaxed setting, with the aim of building lasting client relationships.

Visits are by appointment only. New clients can fill out the New Client form on the website so the salon can match them with a stylist, or request an appointment by phone or text. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm, with Saturdays at stylist discretion and the salon closed on Sundays. Parking is directly in front of the building, with an adjacent lot and a back lot in the shopping center.

Services fall into four groups: color, haircut and style, texture, and treatments. Listed prices are base prices that can change with the stylist, length, thickness and product use, and haircuts are charged separately when booked with color or texture services. Treatments such as Plex, K18 and Malibu Crystal Gel can be added to a color or chemical service or booked on their own.

Bridal work is available with stylists on request, either in the salon or as travel services for weddings and other special occasions, through a bridal inquiry form. The salon says its stylists together have over 100 years of experience and take part in regular continued education.

The salon aims for an upscale yet relaxed setting and lasting client relationships, and says its stylists keep up with continuing education and current trends.
