Color work ranges from foils, highlights and lowlights to balayage, bleach outs, root color, men's color, glaze and toner. Texture services include perms, partial and spiral perms, smooth filler, and Express and Texture Keratin treatments. The salon also offers classic, hybrid and volume lash extensions with fills and removal, Bellami hair extension installs and take-outs, fashion color pops, and waxing for brows, lip, chin and the full face, along with brow tinting.

Chemical and cutting services are guaranteed for one week. For technical errors, the salon offers a redo if notified within seven days, and it prefers that the original stylist make the correction. Services are not refunded. Changes requested after the first service are charged at the regular price list, and color corrections and major transformations are not covered by the guarantee. Hair extension sales are final, and products may be exchanged within two weeks of purchase.

Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. The first last-minute cancellation is not penalized, but a second in the same calendar year requires a non-refundable deposit of half the service price, which is forfeited if the following appointment is changed last minute or missed. If a client arrives 15 or more minutes late, the stylist may shorten the visit or move it to a lesser service by agreement.

Hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:30am to 8pm, and Friday from 8:30am to 8pm, with 5pm closing on alternate Fridays. Saturday hours are 8:30am to 2pm, with alternate Saturdays closed. The salon is closed on Sundays. Major credit cards and cash are accepted, but personal checks are not, and cash is the preferred way to leave a tip.
