Miki began working in the beauty industry in 2008, specializing in eyelash extensions in South Korea, and has since built a career across South Korea and the United States. Miki expanded into tattooing in 2010, worked at a tattoo studio in the Bronx from 2010 to 2015, and moved to Georgia in 2015.

The studio offers individual and volume eyelash extensions, with pricing that depends on the experience level of the lash artist, from a lash artist with three or more years to senior and master artists. Retouches are priced for maintenance at two, three and four weeks; refills beyond four weeks are charged as a full set. Lash removal and chemical removal of extensions applied elsewhere are also available.

Lash extensions are made with cashmere lashes sourced from South Korea and hand-picked by Miki, and all extensions at the studio are cashmere. The studio says these lashes hold their curl twice as strongly as classic extensions. A sensitive glue with fewer chemicals is used for clients with sensitivities, and a patch test is available: about ten lashes are applied at no charge, and a full set is booked only after two to three days with no reaction. The studio does not recommend extensions for anyone allergic to adhesive glue, and it does not touch up extensions applied at another salon.

Permanent makeup includes powder ombre brows, hairstroke brows, combination brows, lip blush, scalp micropigmentation and eyeliner tattoo. The studio uses disposable needles and inks it describes as high quality. Hairstroke brows include an optional first touch-up within eight weeks, and an 8-week touch-up is priced separately. Later touch-ups are priced based on how much the color has faded and how long since the last procedure. Eyeliner tattoo and lash extensions cannot be done on the same day, and clients wait two weeks after eyeliner before extensions.

Visits are by appointment. Lash extension sessions typically take one to one and a half hours, eyelash perms take about an hour, and hairstroke brow sessions take about two and a half hours. Clients are asked to arrive with a clean face and no eye makeup. After a lash extension session, clients keep lashes dry for 24 hours and avoid oil-based products. After an eyelash perm, no extensive aftercare is needed, and clients can wash and wear makeup as usual. For eyeliner tattoo, some swelling is normal for up to a day. Miki regularly visits South Korea to keep up with techniques and professional education, and trains the studio's technicians in her methods and standards.
