A visit starts with a lash extension application that usually takes about an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes. Clients are asked to shower beforehand and to clear makeup, oils, eye creams and serums from the eye area. Extensions can be wet right after the appointment, and waiting 24 hours is optional. For aftercare, the studio recommends brushing and cleaning the lashes daily with a lash bath and blow-drying on low cool heat or with a mini fan. It also advises avoiding hard eye rubbing, oil-based eye products near the lashes, and hot steamy saunas. Scheduling is flexible to fit individual needs, and both first-time and experienced lash clients are welcome.

Beyond extensions, the menu covers lash lifts with or without tint, lash tinting, lash removal, brow lamination, hybrid brow tint, and lip, brow and combined brow and lip waxing. Specialty styles and add-ons are available for extra looks. The studio also offers gift vouchers, travel packages for clients on trips, and services for bridal parties, bachelorette and girls trips, birthdays, and photoshoots or creative projects. Groups can request services in out-of-state cities. Hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 4:30pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 3pm. Booking requires a non-refundable, non-transferable $25 deposit, charged once the date and time are confirmed.
