The salon is women-owned and family-operated, and it is also known locally as Bliss Nails, Bliss Nail Spa or Bliss Nail Salon. Its two locations serve clients from Alpharetta, Roswell, Milton, Johns Creek, Duluth, Norcross, Peachtree Corners, Suwanee, Cumming and the wider Atlanta area. Each salon is open Monday to Friday 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Sunday 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The Alpharetta and Duluth salons each offer about 3,000 square feet of space. The pedicure area has 18 newer luxury spa chairs with massage functions, along with dedicated pedicure chairs for children. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, though online booking is available around the clock and the salon recommends it, especially on weekends. Clients can book a manicure and pedicure together. Monday mornings from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM carry Happy Hour pricing on all services at both locations. Coffee, tea and sparkling water are always available, and clients can also be offered complimentary drinks such as mimosas, rosé, margaritas and prosecco; alcohol is served only to guests 21 and older with valid ID.

The salon hosts birthday parties, bachelorette and bridal parties, girls' nights and corporate team events, and it takes bookings for groups of any size. Group bookings include nail services along with complimentary cocktails and mocktails. Groups of three or more are asked to call the salon to book. Nail art can be added to nail enhancement services when it is requested at booking.

Final prices are confirmed at the appointment, so the listed amounts should be read as starting prices. Clients are asked to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead, and to tell the salon about any product sensitivities, allergens or skin conditions before a head spa or facial treatment.
