Every visit starts with a free consultation. Before any service, the stylist talks through a guest's hair goals, daily routine and longer-term plans, and then sets up a care plan for the hair. Color correction, hair, extension and wedding consultations each run about 30 minutes and are free. Every guest also receives a complimentary head massage.

The menu covers color work such as base breaks, glazes, root touch-ups, zone highlights, partial and full foils, and balayage, ombre and foilayage. Cuts for women, men and children are offered, along with blowouts, hot-tool styling and updos. Treatments include a Kerasilk scalp and hair renewal, a conditioning treatment, and a Goldwell Kerasilk keratin treatment for hair that is frizzy or hard to manage. Waxing covers the chin, lip and brows, and the salon offers bridal hair and wedding consultations, including a trial run.

The salon works exclusively with KAO Salon Division and uses its Goldwell, KMS and Kerasilk lines. Booking asks for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. A cancellation or no-show within 24 hours is charged 50% of the scheduled service to the credit card on file.
