Visits typically begin with a consultation. Options include a one-hour trichological consultation, a virtual hair loss consultation of about 45 minutes, and a one-hour hair replacement consultation that does not include services. Natural hair services range from silk presses and twist-outs to add-ons such as scalp detox and low-level laser light therapy. Hair replacement options include custom wigs, lace and monofilament styles, sew-ins, tape-in extensions and women's cranial prostheses.

The salon runs a program called Her Crown of Service for women veterans with hair loss who need a cranial prosthesis. The clinic is an approved Department of Veterans Affairs vendor, and according to the VA program page the VA covers cranial prostheses at 100% for eligible veterans. A VA prescription is needed before services begin, the clinic bills the VA directly, and production usually takes 4 to 6 weeks, followed by a fitting.

Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice, and a fee may apply otherwise. Late arrivals may receive a shorter service time, and the 1-hour trichological consultation may be canceled if a client is more than 5 minutes late. Only the client receiving treatment may be in the treatment area, children are not allowed unless they are receiving services, and food and outside drinks are not permitted, though a refreshment area is provided. Clients who are feeling unwell are asked to reschedule, and used products are not refunded. Payment options include Tricare Humana, Aetna, CareCredit, VA benefits, HSA and FSA accounts, and in-house financing. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 10am to 4pm, Thursday and Friday 10am to 6pm, and Saturday 9am to 3pm, with the clinic closed Sunday and Monday.
