The salon is at the back of the building. Clients turn left after arriving, park in the back lot, and find the entrance at the second door from the stairs, marked with the salon logo. Services start on time, so clients are asked to arrive at their booked time and ring the bell instead of calling.

Services are priced and timed on Booksy, which lists each option. Most services include a shampoo and conditioning, and hair is not included, so clients bring their own for braids, weaves and sew-ins. No deposit is needed for services, but consultations require one. An in-salon consultation costs $15 for 15 minutes, and a video consultation by Zoom, FaceTime or Google Meet costs $20 for 20 minutes and requires a full deposit to confirm. The consultation fee is waived when it is booked with a same-day appointment. Consultations cover hair and scalp analysis, goals, services, pricing and product suggestions, and clients may bring photos.

Signature offerings include a wide range of braiding styles, from simple and boxed braids for natural hair to knotless and traditional braids with added hair. Locs, color work, silk presses and silk blowouts make up much of the rest of the menu. Clients should note the policies: late cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service price, late arrivals have a 15-minute grace period before a $15 late fee applies, and only clients receiving services may be in the salon. A loyalty program gives $20 off after five stamps, with one stamp for each visit of $40 or more.

The salon aims to build lasting client relationships and to shape each hairstyle around a client's goals, with results meant to look good while restoring health and shine to the hair.
