Booking works through a non-refundable fee that goes toward the total at checkout, with deposits set per service. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Packages are booked on the services page and their credits apply automatically at checkout. Memberships are also booked on the services page, and their benefits are applied at in-store checkout.

The salon sets its booking rules out in advance. Changes to an appointment, whether canceling or rescheduling, need at least 24 hours' notice; a cancellation made on shorter notice means the booking fee is kept. Packages, memberships and promotional visits fall under the same timing requirement. Every appointment includes a 10-minute grace period, but a client who arrives more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. Missed appointments and same-day cancellations can be billed up to 50% of the service total. First-time facial clients should plan to check in 10 to 15 minutes before their appointment to complete a consultation and consent paperwork. Any concern about a treatment should be brought up within 48 hours so the team has time to address it. Services that have already been performed are non-refundable.

The business is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10 AM to 8 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
