A visit often begins with a consultation about what the guest is hoping for and where the salon can help. For hair loss or scalp concerns, a Trichology consultation comes first and is required before any Trichology service. A standard consultation includes a questionnaire, a hair and scalp analysis, and product or treatment advice. A premium consultation adds a complete hair and scalp analysis report and a referral to a dermatologist when prescription medication is needed.

Hair treatments aim at overall hair health and begin with analysis before recommending treatments. Scalp treatments range from daily-wear concerns to more complex scalp conditions. Non-surgical hair replacement includes custom wigs and toppers for guests experiencing hair loss, again after a consultation.

Every service is booked a la carte, so each one is selected individually, and any service can be packaged in groups of four. Styling services also have packages. No deposit is required, but card details are taken to secure the appointment and to charge late cancellations. Cancellations are requested at least 24 hours ahead to avoid a fee equal to the full appointment cost, and each appointment has a 15-minute grace period. Relaxer and full highlight prices include a styling option, which must be chosen when booking.

Children's services are offered for children aged 12 and under. Children may come along with a parent, who is expected to supervise them. Guests bringing in protective styles such as braids or extensions for removal should comb through loose hair before the appointment, or a service charge applies.

The salon starts with an analysis of the hair and scalp to address the root cause of a concern, then recommends treatments suited to the individual. The stated aim is for each guest to feel comfortable, supported and empowered.
