Visits are designed to give each client time away from their normal routine. Before a first visit, new clients fill out an online profile covering the services they want, their hair type and their color history. That profile stays in the client's own file and is not shared with other people on the team. A free 15-minute consultation by FaceTime or Duo is available first.

Custom crowns are built to measurements. Some use the client's own hair and others include hair, and add-ons include a cut, color, style, band combs, band tint or tint, and hairline customization. Crown Rejuvenation covers washing, deep conditioning, styling, and replacing the closure or frontal. Luxury Extensions 9A come in straight, deep wave, loose wave and texture body wave styles.

Wedding hair and professional makeup are offered in one place for the bride, the bridal party, and the mothers of the couple. Travel and lodging is a $50 charge for 30 minutes and is included in the package price once the consultation is done. Tarot, oracle and photo readings cover love, career, and money or finances, and can be booked virtually or in person, including for small groups. Tarot and astrology requests go through the contact form, with a reply within 24 hours.
