Services fall into three groups: consultations, hair services and treatments. Hair services cover cuts for women, men and children under 10, blowouts in several styles, bang trims, traditional partial and full highlights, balayage and mini balayage, root retouching, and combinations of these with a cut.

Balayage and mini balayage are offered as refreshes for clients who already have balayage. A full balayage refresh includes root shadow, gloss, a bond builder and a blowout, and a mini version brightens around the face and part line. Traditional highlights go to the root and include gloss and a blowout.

Creative Color is a customized service for major changes, vivid and fashion shades, lived-in looks, balayage transformations and babylight blonding. It is priced at $100 per hour, runs 300 minutes or more, and includes color, gloss or toner, treatments and a haircut. A Color Consultation is required to book it. The consultation is free, takes 30 minutes, and is also available for anyone unsure what they want.

Extension clients have a free 30-minute Extension Consultation to talk through the method, color match and hair ordering. Extension blowouts are available in standard and VIP versions. Bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid with Buy Now, Pay Later, with approval required before the appointment.

Clients are asked to cancel or move an appointment at least 48 hours in advance. A change made on shorter notice, or a missed appointment without notice, can be billed at 25% of the booked service total. Clients who repeatedly cancel late or miss appointments may be asked to pay a deposit or prepay for later visits. Emergencies and other special situations are reviewed individually.

Color and extension work start with a consultation to confirm the goal, the color match and the method before the appointment is set.
