Haircut and styling services include a range of cuts, clipper work and razor cuts, with a blow-dry and styling add-on available. Standard blow-dry styling is included with select haircut services. Color work covers root touch-ups, all-over color, partial and full highlights, custom color projects, vivid colors, dimensional blonding and color corrections, with a consultation to plan each project. The salon uses Olaplex products throughout its color services.
Curly hair services are built around a curly consultation, which the salon recommends for first-time curly clients. Curly cuts are done on dry hair in its natural state and then washed and styled by diffusing, so they suit a natural wave or curl pattern. Returning clients can book a shorter express cut to refine an existing style, and a styling appointment teaches clients to build volume and definition without any cutting. Treatments include K-18, which the salon offers for breakage and bond repair, and Olaplex. Scalp services range from a mini treatment to a full treatment with a scalp analysis, massage, scrub, steam, blow-dry and a take-home plan with products. A once-a-month membership for a full year is also available. Extensions and nail art are offered too.
Clients book online through the salon's GlossGenius page. Hours are Monday to Friday 10 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday 10 AM to 5 PM. A color deposit of $100 or more is required for all color appointments, and a haircut deposit of $50 or more applies to first-time clients. Deposits are refundable up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancelling within 24 hours or arriving more than half the scheduled time late carries a fee of 50% of the service cost. A $15 late fee applies to large projects when a client is 15 minutes late. Listed prices are starting rates, and additional charges are discussed before service begins. Clients who are not satisfied can contact the salon within 7 days for a complimentary correction, offered at the salon's discretion.
