The consultation is a 30-minute discussion of hair goals, costs $15, and is credited toward the appointment total.

Color is a large part of the menu. Options run from all-over color in darker shades or reds and copper, to partial and full highlights, sun-kissed highlights, micro highlights, calico, balayage with the root color stopping just above the ear, halo, color block, foilage for dark roots or natural roots with lighter pieces, and grey blending. Fashion color and color correction are offered for bright, vivid shades and for moving hair from box or fashion color to another shade or back to natural. Toner refreshes, and root and grey coverage retouches, are available for existing color clients.

Cutting and styling services include haircuts with a blowdry, a face frame or bangs trim, a curly cut that includes a wash and style, and a signature cut with a deep conditioner. Every service includes a signature blowout unless noted otherwise, and two color bowls are included with each service. Blowout options include a wash and blowdry with a straight finish, a bouncy 90s-style blowout for fine to coarse hair, a silk press that includes washing, straightening, a mask and deep conditioning, and a blowout membership of five blowouts usable within a 10-week span. Chemical services include relaxers, relaxer touch-ups about 12 to 16 weeks later, and a hydration treatment in the price. Children 10 and under can book a cut with blowdry or a wash and style.

Booking policies: service deposits range from $8 to $170 depending on the service and are non-refundable. Chemical services must be booked at least 24 hours ahead. Clients have a 20-minute grace period for lateness, which must be communicated before it is used. Cancelling within 48 hours of an appointment, or a no-call, no-show, carries a charge of 40% of the service. Rescheduling is allowed up to 12 hours before the appointment, to a new date within 15 days of the original; otherwise the same 40% charge applies. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.

Business hours are Monday 2 PM to 7 PM, Tuesday 9:30 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday 2 PM to 7 PM, Thursday and Friday 9:30 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, and Sunday 10:30 AM to 5 PM.
