Natalia Portna opened Studio Beauty Box in 2022 after moving to the United States. She brings more than ten years at the nail table, including nearly three years in a manicure studio in Poland where she refined the European technique.

Only one client is served at a time, so there is no second station and each visit gets her full attention, with services adjusted to the client's needs. Coffee and conversation are offered during visits if the client wants them, and free parking is available on site.

Everything is worked dry. Feet are never soaked, pedicures use no shared water, and the cuticle is cleaned with a fine e-file rather than trimmed. Files and bits that touch clients are single-use or autoclaved, and sterilization packets are opened in front of the client. Before starting, the nails are checked at the table, and if they need something other than what was booked, the price changes and is given before work begins.

Hours are Monday to Friday 9:30 to 17:30 and Saturday 9:00 to 13:00, with the studio closed on Sundays. Cancellations or changes with at least 24 hours' notice carry no charge, while late cancellations and missed appointments are charged the full service price. Every service shows its exact price and length before booking, with no consultation fee. According to the studio, its Google rating is 5.0 from 20 reviews.

Nails are worked dry under magnification, with the cuticle cleaned rather than trimmed. Gel coating is laid up to the skin and sealed, and according to the studio it lasts four to five weeks for most clients, with a return visit to fix any lifting within two weeks.
