Traditional sew-ins come in several forms. Some leave a little hair out at the front to cover the wefts, some leave all hair out using micro links instead of braids, and a hybrid option combines micro links with a partial sew-in. Closure installs add a lace piece with no hair left out. Clients who book a full install can also add a wash and deep conditioning, and a wash-and-install package covers up to three bundles, with a small charge for each bundle beyond that.

Threadless services are installed without braiding, sewing or glue. Before booking any threadless service, clients send the business photos or videos of their natural hair and any bald or thin areas by text. The required 15-minute consultation is priced at $15 and should be done with natural hair and no extensions or braids. Threadless services also come with a set of maintenance options, including take-downs, shampoo and blow-dry visits, and re-tightening, which is limited to two within any three-month window and spaced four weeks apart.

Maintenance and tightening are available for clients whose install was done by the business. Tightening is not offered after the fifth week for traditional or closure maintenance.

Clients can have extensions colored, including ombre and full color, but this applies only to hair purchased from the business. Hair from other companies is not colored.

The business also sells its own hair. Its Raw Natural Wave Bundle and Double Drawn Raw Natural Wave Bundle are offered online, and pre-orders for the Raw Natural Wave Bundle can take up to 10 business days to process. Online orders cannot be changed or cancelled once submitted, and all sales are final with no returns or exchanges. Shipping and billing addresses need to match to avoid delays.
