The menu is organized into bridal, color, haircuts, highlights, keratin, perms, styling and waxing. Most services start at a set price with a estimated appointment length, and color corrections are priced by the hour, with a three-hour minimum to qualify as a correction. New clients booking color correction, full head highlights, or fashion colors pay a deposit to hold the appointment.

Clients book by calling or texting the salon. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice to avoid a 50% fee, and the same fee applies to no-call no-shows. Keratin smoothing begins with a free 15-minute consultation to find the right treatment for the client's hair, and smoothing appointments are booked after that visit rather than guaranteed for the same day.
