Color options run from single process and gloss to framed, partial and full highlights, plus partial and full balayage. Curly hair has its own signature service. For smoothing, the salon offers keratin-based treatments, including the Magic Sleek Hair Treatment, which it describes as formaldehyde-free and which begins with a consultation about hair goals. According to the salon, Magic Sleek lasts up to six months, and its Keratin Smoothing Treatment is said to last for months.

Appointments can be cancelled or moved with 24 hours notice. Cancellations inside 24 hours carry a 50% fee, and no-shows a 100% fee. The salon is open Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm, Saturday 9am to 7pm and Sunday 10am to 5pm.
