Childcare is available while clients have appointments at the Palm Beach Gardens salon, and the Tequesta salon has certified childcare on site. Justin & Co. does not offer childcare. The Tequesta salon, at 267 US-1, is closed on Mondays and open Tuesday 9 to 5, Wednesday 9 to 8, Thursday to Saturday 9 to 6 and Sunday 11 to 5. Justin & Co. is the group's brand in downtown West Palm Beach, near the Brightline Train Station, in a loft-style space with Ava Beauty upstairs. It describes itself as focused on luxury artistry, a high-fashion experience, personalized service and transformational hair. Each appointment starts with a consultation covering face shape, hair history and lifestyle. Color is custom mixed for each client's starting point, taking into account tone, hair condition and the result wanted, and cuts and finishes are shaped around how the client will style their hair at home. An aesthetic injector works on site, and custom color and in-stock extensions are offered. Hours are Tuesday to Saturday 10 to 6, with the salon closed Sunday and Monday.

Rinse by MeTime is the hair-only brand, offering styling, color, extensions, cutting and keratin treatments, with a specialty in dimensional blonding and seamless extensions. It is located at Ray Shops in Delray Beach, off Atlantic Avenue, and welcomes walk-ins. Hours are Monday to Saturday 10 to 8, with the salon closed Sunday. Extensions are a major focus across the group: the salons keep in-stock hair at every location and carry Bellami, Kovi and Covet & Mane. Methods include sewn-in weft (beaded weft), tape-in, i-tip or nano tip, keratin bond or K-tips, combline and V-light extensions. A complimentary consultation comes before ordering, and installation appointments require the client to already have the hair. The Japanese head spa is offered only at the Palm Beach Gardens and Tequesta salons, in three levels. The MeTime Head Spa is a 60-minute service starting at $100.
