It describes itself as focused on luxury artistry, a high-fashion experience, personalized service and transformational hair. Each appointment starts with a consultation covering face shape, hair history and lifestyle. Rinse by MeTime is the hair-only brand, offering styling, color, extensions, cutting and keratin treatments, with a specialty in dimensional blonding and seamless extensions. It is located at Ray Shops in Delray Beach, off Atlantic Avenue, and welcomes walk-ins. Hours are Monday to Saturday 10 to 8, with the salon closed Sunday.
