The studio began as a plan by Lynne McLeod and April Roy to open a salon together. It now houses their own businesses along with the other independent professionals who share the space.

Bookings are handled by each stylist, so clients should check with the person they plan to see. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 48 hours' notice; without that notice, a 50% charge of scheduled services may apply. Guests running late should tell their stylist as soon as possible, since arriving too far behind schedule can mean the appointment is cancelled and a missed-appointment fee applies. Each stylist sets their own return, exchange and re-do policy, which is worth reviewing before booking or buying.
