Haircuts begin with a consultation so the cut can be shaped to fit each client's daily life and personal style. Each cut includes a scalp massage and a custom blowout. Between haircuts, clients can receive complimentary bang and neck trims.

Color services range from root retouches and partial or full highlights to all-over color, with options to add a cut. Prices are starting points and can change with hair length and density. Keune color is used throughout, which the salon describes as offering strong gray coverage, rich tones and high shine. Olaplex and a keratin mask can be added during color or booked as deep conditioning treatments.

Fashion color, perms, relaxers, clipper fades and color correction are not offered, but the salon will refer clients elsewhere on request. Payment is accepted by Visa, Mastercard, check, cash and Venmo. Appointments can be booked by phone, text or online, and cancellations need at least 24 hours notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations are charged 50 percent of the appointment cost. A client who is late is held for up to 20 minutes if the salon hears from them, and anyone arriving more than 20 minutes late must rebook and pay the same fee.

The salon supports Oregon Dog Rescue, an all-breed no-kill shelter, and Neighborhood House, which provides food and support to low-income children, families and seniors across greater Portland.

Cuts and color are planned around each client's hair and daily routine, with the salon using products chosen to be free of parabens, sulphates and artificial fragrances.
