Facials are custom blends chosen for each client's skin needs, made with botanicals such as flowers, herbs and raw oils. Some facials include extractions and others do not. Laurel Skincare products are used in the Laurel Exclusive Facial, and according to the booking system, Longboard Delight uses Blissoma Skincare. Signature Shoreline Rejuvenation is offered in 60, 75 or 90 minute sessions and may include facelift massage, Gua Sha, facial cupping, an herbal compress, scalp massage and pressure point therapy with sound vibration.

Organic Hair Design begins with a three-point consultation covering face shape, bone structure and lifestyle. The hair line is made with biodynamic, organic and fair trade ingredients, and the business describes its haircare as eco-friendly and gentle enough for sensitive guests. It calls the line the world's first professional organic hair color, haircare and styling line. Oway, an organic line grown at the Ortofficina estate in the Bologna hills of Italy, makes essential oils, hydrolates and extracts using biodynamic methods.
