Services cover color, including glaze and gloss, root retouching that blends new growth and covers gray, all-over color, face frame, partial and full highlights. Hair services include clipper cuts with a line-up and optional taper or fade, cut and style, blowouts, fringe shaping, add-on hot tools for curls or straightening, wedding and updo styling, and perms customized from soft waves to tighter curls. Makeup application and brow, lip, chin and full face waxing are also offered.

Each booking can start with a 30-minute consultation that reviews hair, scalp or skin condition, goals, lifestyle, hair history and maintenance habits, followed by recommendations for services, products and aftercare. Extension consultations are available, with pricing set after the consultation. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes; shorter notice may incur a 50% service fee, and missed appointments without notice mean the client will not be booked again.

Emily focuses on hair health and tailors color and extension work to each client.
