Color and chemical services are where the salon asks the most of new clients. A consultation is required before a first color or chemical service, and it covers hair condition, hair history, the result you want, upkeep, pricing and timing. No services are done at that visit, and a consultation fee may apply, which is credited toward a color service if you book one. The menu includes root touch-ups for one to two inches of growth, single-process all-over color, partial foil highlights of up to 20 foils, a custom double process for platinum blondes, vivid shades or corrective work, and full-head highlights or balayage. Perms are offered in a partial top section, a full head, and tight spiral curls.

Cuts cover women's basic cuts and layered or V-shaped cuts, along with separate haircuts for girls under 10. For men and boys there are basic and skin fades, a beard trim and shape-up, and a line-up. The line-up is limited to the hairline, sideburns and neckline and does not include fading or blending; if a guard touches the hair, a full haircut is booked instead.
