The Holland location, in the Shops at Westshore, has 12 salon suites and 3 spa suites. The Grandville location held its grand opening in November 2021 and has 25 salon and spa suites, 3 private processing pods, a client drink bar and a secluded spa area.

Salon suites have private locking entrances with 24-hour access, stand-behind shampoo bowls, styling chairs, storage and workstations with tool holders. Shared spaces include a break room and laundry. According to the business, its amenities are premium and luxurious. The processing pods have hood dryers for color and a client desk, and are meant to help prevent double booking.

Renters are independent contractors who run their own scheduling, payments and appointments, and they set their own prices, hours and retail product sales. There is no receptionist. Clients book directly through the directory or a renter's booking link, check in on an iPad near the front door, and wait in a designated area until their stylist is notified.

Suites are rented to cosmetologists, estheticians, medical estheticians, barbers, massage therapists, nail technicians and lash technicians. According to the business, leases are flexible, include a free rent period at the start, and include vacation weeks during the term when rent is not paid. Applicants apply online, and suite inquiries go through a wait list form for each location, separate from client bookings.
