The salon has two locations: one at 8607 South Stony Island Avenue in Chicago and one at 1006 North Cunningham Avenue in Urbana. Both are listed under the same phone number, (773) 219-4645. The Chicago studio is open Tuesday through Saturday evenings and Saturday daytime, and the Urbana studio keeps weekend hours plus Friday afternoons.

Services are grouped under hair. The Chicago location offers the full menu, including quick weaves, sew-ins, closures, tape-ins, silk press, all over color, root touch ups, flexi rod sets and bixie cuts. The Champaign/Urbana location offers consultations, quick weaves, sew-ins, silk press, closures, half up/down styles, sleek ponytails, shampoo, blow dry and trim, all over color and extension take down.

A consultation costs $25 and takes about 25 minutes. The stylist reviews the hair, the at-home routine and the products a client uses, then chooses an approach. Traditional quick weaves start at $175 and run 165 minutes or more, and include a shampoo, blow dry, a mesh cap with a glue barrier, and a flat iron or curls. Traditional sew-ins start at $260 and take 240 minutes or more. Closure options, including a behind-hairline closure quick weave, are also offered.

Packages bundle services with hair and installs. The Crown Consistency Silk Plan at $535 includes six silk press appointments. The Numbered and Known package at $1,450 includes five quick weave installs with take down. The Soft Crown Collective at $1,625 includes 400 grams of tape-in extensions and four installs. The Faith & Flow bundle at $1,550 includes 300 grams of extensions up to 28 inches and three installs. The Luxe Travel Package at $925 covers travel to one destination, a signature quick weave or sew-in, up to 300 grams of 26-inch bundles, one event restyle and up to six hours of styling support.

Booking requires a deposit, which varies by service and may be higher for extension appointments. Deposits go toward the service total and are non-refundable unless the client could not receive the chosen time slot. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Services are for guests 18 and older. A 15-minute grace period applies, and rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours ahead. Hair is not included in extension services unless it is added at booking or comes in a prepaid package.

Each service begins with an assessment of the client's hair, routine and product use, so the approach is set to the individual before the appointment.
