Color services include balayage, full foil highlights, lived-in color and color correction, along with retouches. Hair extension work uses keratin, I tip, tape-in and hand-tied methods, with extension lines from Hair Dreams, Dream Catchers and Aqua Hair Extensions. Cuts and styling range from children's cuts and classic haircuts to curly cuts, silk presses, blowouts and a Blowout Club membership.

New clients complete a New Client Form before the first appointment. New client bookings include about 30 extra minutes for a consultation and carry an extra charge, according to the services page. Extensions always begin with a consultation, and typically half of the total service is due at the end of that visit. All color services include home support products and a blowout, with haircut and refined styling charged separately.

Clients can book ahead or join a waitlist. A $50 no-show fee applies when an appointment is not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Buy now, pay later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval before the appointment. Hours are posted by day, with Tuesdays closed and Saturdays offered once a month. Clients can also prepay for products without an appointment, and products are available online or through the studio.

Appointments are semi-private and planned around each client's lifestyle and goals, with an at-home routine built from the same products used in the studio.
