Appointments can be booked by calling 773-857-0950 or emailing info@strandsandtrends.com. Every reservation requires a credit card on file. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; anything later is billed at 50% of the booked services. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to move their appointment to another time. Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard or American Express, through Apple Pay, Samsung Pay or Google Pay, or in cash. Gratuities are separate from the listed service prices. Hours are Tuesday to Friday, 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with the studio closed on Sundays and Mondays. Any concern about a service must be phoned in within seven days. Retail products may be swapped but not refunded, and discounts cannot be stacked with other promotions. Clients should disclose allergies, and a patch test may be needed before any chemical treatment. Color appointments do not come with a blow-dry.
