Waxing is offered for women and for men, using a soft wax made for sensitive skin. Gloves are worn for all body waxing, and sticks are never dipped twice. Brazilian waxing can be finished with a strip, triangle or other shape the client chooses, and about 3 inches of the inner thigh and tummy trail can be included on request. Bikini and bikini-plus-backside waxes leave out hair from the labia, and Brazilian waxing is not offered to clients under 16. Scrotum waxing is available at the North Williams location only.

Brow lamination sets brows in the direction the client wants, and can be paired with a wax, a tint, or both. The full version takes about 70 minutes, and the business describes it as comfortable. Results typically last about six weeks, with brows looking darker for the first day or two. Repeat appointments are suggested every 8 to 10 weeks, with a deep conditioning treatment recommended in between. The Total Brow and Lash Makeover combines a lash lift, a lash tint, and the full brow lamination, wax and tint in one visit of about an hour and 45 minutes, and is recommended no sooner than every eight weeks. Lash lifts curl natural lashes for six to eight weeks, and lash tints last about three to four weeks.

Every facial includes Celluma LED light therapy, which the business describes as FDA-cleared. The Custom European Style Facial covers a cleanse, exfoliation, optional extractions, scalp massage, neck and décolleté massage, a customized mask with facial massage, and LED. The Dermaplane Facial removes dead skin and fine vellus hair before a hydrating mask with massage and LED. The LED Light Therapy Treatment is a shorter 30-minute visit with a cleanse, enzyme exfoliation, 25 minutes under LED, and a moisturizer and sunscreen. Add-ons include gua sha, high frequency, lactic and glycolic peels, and extractions.

Booking is online at both locations, and the phone lines are text only. A credit card on file is required to book, and it is charged only for late cancellations or no-shows. Payment is taken at the end of the visit by any card, as both locations are cashless. Same-day appointments can be requested by text, but walk-ins are not taken. Friends and family are not allowed in the treatment room. Waxing is not performed on sunburned or irritated skin, and facial waxing is not offered to clients using certain retinoids, with restrictions that vary by medication.
