Clients who are interested in extensions can submit an extension consultation application through the website.

The head spa services take place in a dedicated suite with soft lighting, aromatherapy and meditation music. The Tease runs 30 minutes, The Luxe Drip 50 minutes and The Full Reset 90 minutes, and seasonal head spa rituals are also offered. Each treatment includes a scalp scrub, cleansing, a deep conditioning mask, a Halo massage, and a hand and arm massage. Clients with hair extensions must have them fully removed before a head spa visit, and a blowout is not included unless it is added, though it can be added to select experiences.

Lana Fillman, Kristen and Cashlynn work as a trio on color. They formulate together, color in tandem and keep each other's client color formulas, so if one team member is unavailable, a client can be booked with another member of the trio.

Cancellations with at least 48 hours notice are required. Cancellations made within 48 hours are charged 50% of the service cost, and cancellations with 24 hours or less notice are charged the full cost of the appointment. Cancellation fees are due immediately on notification, and new appointments are not rebooked until the fee is paid. Clients are asked to attend appointments alone, as children are not accommodated in the salon. Booking an appointment means consent to photos being taken for marketing use.

Color is handled collaboratively by a trio of team members who formulate and color together.

The head spa suite is set up with soft lighting, aromatherapy and meditation music.
