New clients are asked to come in for an in-person consultation first. A consultation takes about 15 minutes and can be done in person or virtually, and it is used to look at hair type, condition and what the client wants. The $15 fee is added to the total cost if the client books a service within 5 days of the consultation. Some services, such as color correction and extension installs, also require a consultation before booking.

Cuts and styles are fitted to face shape and hair texture, and there is a shorter option for short hair that includes fades. Smoothing services include a formaldehyde-free Brazilian Blowout, which takes about five hours and is not recommended for hair that has previously been lightened, and a keratin treatment aimed at reducing frizz. A silk press includes a wash and conditioning.

Color services cover all-over single-process color, balayage, block dimensional color, partial and full highlights, gray coverage and corrective color work. Toner refreshes for lightened hair are available to current clients only. Bridal updos and event styling are customized to the occasion.

Pricing varies for most color, smoothing and extension services and is set by the salon. Hours are Monday and Tuesday 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm and Sunday 8:30 am to 7:00 pm, with the salon closed Wednesday through Saturday except for those listed times.
