The Chicago location at 1449 N. Ashland Ave. is appointment only and is open on Wednesdays. The Plainfield location, inside Plainfield Beauty & Wellness Suites, keeps more days open: Tuesday, Friday and Saturday on set hours, with additional Monday and Thursday times available on request. Extension clients must have a consultation with the stylist before booking. Haircuts are booked only alongside a color service, and color services include a blow-dry and either Olaplex or B3 Bond Builder.

Prices are listed as averages and the most common, and they can differ between the two locations depending on the consultation. Extension pricing is quoted only in a salon consultation. Parking is complimentary on Ashland at the Chicago location, and side-street parking is free until 6 PM daily.
