Visits are by appointment only. Massage for Two bookings are arranged by texting the spa with preferred days and times. The spa lists its hours as Monday and Tuesday 9 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday through Friday 11 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday and Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM, and it takes contact by text at (773) 709-4075 or by email at stillnessholisticspa@gmail.com.

The menu is organized into brows and lashes, massage, massage for two, skin care and waxing. Massage ranges from a 60-minute therapeutic session and a prenatal option to a two-hour full head-to-toe Stillness Massage, with the middle sessions focusing on the body and feet, the body and face, or adding holistic enhancements. Skin care covers a teen facial, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, oxygen and enzymatic facials, PCA chemical peels, and a skin brightening treatment, many of which can be combined.

Brow and lash services include brow shaping, brow lamination, hybrid tint, lash tint and a Korean lash lift with tint. Waxing is offered for female and male clients and covers face, arms, legs, chest, back, stomach and Brazilian or bikini areas, along with exfoliating treatments for the bikini and Brazilian areas.
