Visits begin with a consultation, and the studio says every guest is consulted before treatment so that each service is tailored to them. Appointments are unhurried. Listed prices are starting points, and the final price is set during that consultation, with the studio stating that it does not upsell. Walk-ins are welcome, though appointments are preferred. Online booking runs through Vagaro, and clients can also book by phone or email.

The menu is built around four core areas: sugaring, lash extensions, brow services and facials. Facials come in 30, 60 and 90-minute versions in five named styles (Clear Balance, Detox and Illuminate, Moisture Restore, Radiance Repair, and Smooth and Firm), plus signature facials such as the HydroGlow facials, a dermaplaning focus facial and a custom back facial. Sugaring covers bikini, body and facial hair. Brow services include waxing, shaping, hybrid tinting and brow lamination, and lash services include lash extensions in classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume styles, lash lifts with tint, and fills.

The advanced resurfacing menu includes Procell Microchanneling in one, three or five-session packages with a hydrating mask and aftercare kit, a Korean Green Sea Peel that the studio describes as a liquid microneedling treatment, and three chemical peels. The studio says its Korean Green Sea Peel uses natural marine spicules and is acid-free.

For regular clients, there are monthly memberships for bikini sugaring and facials, and prepaid packages of six or twelve sessions. Memberships carry a three-month minimum commitment, after which they can be cancelled at any time by email, and full terms are shown at checkout. Orders of $50 or more can be paid over time with Affirm, and gift cards can be bought in any amount, delivered by email and used toward any service.

Each guest is consulted before treatment and services are tailored, with appointments kept unhurried.
