The salon welcomes men, women and children, along with returning and new clients. Walk-ins are welcome, and the salon says it will try to fit in every request. Hair services run from children's haircuts for ages 10 and under, which include a consultation, shampoo, cut and style, to women's cuts done with scissors, clippers, a razor or a combination. Men's cuts include a consultation, shampoo, cut, style and sideburn grooming. Blow-dry styling uses a curling iron, flat iron, rollers or velcro rollers, and long hair may cost more. Special occasion hairstyles are set, pinned and placed, with a pre-scheduled consultation suggested; elaborate styles, ornaments and hair pieces may change the price. Treatments are blended by the stylist after assessing hair concerns. Highlights can be done with foils or with balayage, a hand-painted technique without foils. Corrective color and corrective highlights may take more than one visit and need the call center for booking. Hair lengthening and thickening are priced only after a consultation. Chemical services include the Brazilian Blow Out, keratin smoothing that can last up to 12 weeks, permanent waves and specialty perms.

The spa menu includes a 30-minute express facial with cleansing, exfoliation, a mask and a hand massage, and a 60-minute classic facial with cleansing, steam, exfoliation, extraction, a mask, massage and SPF. A 60-minute deep cleansing facial is designed for blemishes and acne concerns, and a 60-minute back facial treats blackheads and blemishes on the back and shoulders. A 15-minute eye treatment can be added to any facial or booked alone. Enzyme and fruit-based peels are available as facial add-ons. Full makeup application takes 45 minutes and uses the salon's own Custom Blended Makeup line, and a 60-minute makeup lesson covers instruction, techniques and at-home product suggestions. Body hair removal covers the face, underarms, arms, legs and bikini areas, including a Brazilian bikini that can leave some hair if preferred.

The nail menu covers gel, classic, express and spa manicures and pedicures, plus polish changes and gel added to any pedicure. A gel manicure is described as lasting two weeks or more without chipping. The spa pedicure includes a spa chair soak, nail clipping, cuticle care, callus removal, exfoliation, massage, mask and polish. Pedicure chairs let clients control the massage and temperature. Gift certificates can be bought on the website. Payment is accepted by cash, checks with valid ID, major credit cards and debit cards, for the service or product amount only. Gratuities cannot go on a card and should be given in cash or by check.

Guided by four principles: style, quality, individuality and education. Staff take weekly classes, invite outside guests to share techniques and are encouraged to travel for training.

The nail area has plants, paint selections, ventilation and comfortable chairs.
