Color retouches with a haircut are suggested every four to six weeks to keep color consistent. Foiling is shaped around the look each client wants, from full brightness to dimensional styles. Guests are offered complimentary snacks, water, tea or coffee, plus seasonal treats and drinks, and the lounge area has device chargers and a lap desk for laptops.

Hours run Monday 9 to 4, Tuesday and Wednesday 10 to 8, Thursday 9 to 6 and Friday 9 to 2, with the salon closed on weekends. Free parking is in front of the entrance or around the side and back of the building, and there is disabled access, with an elevator or stairs to the second floor from the rear entrance. Services are offered in English. Children are welcome if they stay beside their adult or in the reception area.

Cancellations made online are allowed up to 24 hours ahead; later changes go by phone, text or email. Cancellations without 24 hours notice are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows are charged 75% and lose online booking. Repeated cancellations may limit the ability to prebook. Gratuity cannot be added to a credit card payment, and American Express, cash, debit, Discover, Visa, MasterCard and checks are accepted.

The salon begins with a consultation to talk through hair history, what can be achieved in one session and the upkeep a client wants. It records each client's custom color formula so results stay consistent, then books the next maintenance visit and recommends home-care products at the end of each appointment.
