The salon aims to be a place where every client can express themselves freely, while keeping up with current hair techniques and styles. The suite is described as cozy and safe, and every client is welcome. Appointments are one-on-one, so the stylist works with a single client at a time.

Color is the main draw, from vivid placements such as money pieces, bangs, chunky streaks, peekaboos and underlayers, to full-head chromatic shifts, freestyle vivid work and multi-color fantasy looks like rainbows, calico, scene stripes and paneling. Custom blonding is tailored to tone, texture and lifestyle and includes a blowdry. Before booking, clients can talk through color ideas and hair history with a color consult, in person or virtually.

Haircuts include a Signature Haircut built on a detailed consultation and precision cutting, and a dry maintenance cut for existing clients that covers fringe trims and light clean-ups. Shampoo, blowout and style is available, and the Raccoon Tails add-on is a removable, custom-colored tape-in accent that leaves natural hair untouched. Hair extensions for thickness, length or both are offered by inquiry.

Booking means agreeing to the listed policies. Deposits are $100 for most color services and $200 for the full fantasy transformation. Refunds are not offered, and hair adjustments must be requested within 7 days of the service and are not offered after another stylist has worked on the hair. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, late arrivals over 20 minutes need to reschedule, and the salon may turn away clients who do not follow its policies.

The salon aims for an open, personal experience, with current techniques and styles delivered one-on-one.
