The menu is organized by extension style. Classic extensions place one extension on each natural lash for a one-dimensional look. Hybrid sets mix YY and wet extensions for a natural but dramatic finish. Light volume uses 3D fans and fairy lashes, and volume uses custom handmade extensions in 6D to 15D fans, each applied to a single natural lash. Each set is planned around length, fullness and curl, so the extensions are individually applied rather than pre-made.

A visit starts with a consultation, and the salon offers a complimentary 48-hour lash test for clients who are concerned about sensitivities. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early for a new set or 10 minutes early for a fill, without eye makeup. Allow about 1.5 hours for an initial application and about 1 hour for a fill. Extensions typically last about 4 to 6 weeks, in step with the natural growth cycle, so fills are booked on a schedule keyed to the last appointment. Clients moving from another salon are booked for a full set, and the salon confirms after examining their lashes. Fills on extensions applied elsewhere are charged a flat foreign-fill rate, and the salon may decline if the existing lashes are in poor condition.

The salon is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and it is closed on Sundays. Weekend-only pricing applies to any fill or full set and is payable by cash or Zelle only. Late cancellations without 24 hours notice and no-shows are charged 50% of the service cost. Brides are advised to book a new set two to three weeks before the wedding and a fill at least 48 to 72 hours before the day. Anyone with an allergy to an adhesive should not wear eyelash extensions.

Uses a formaldehyde-free adhesive and lightweight extensions applied to individual natural lashes without touching the skin, with each set individually tailored.
