Kimmy Evans is the founder and owner of Stella Lash Boutique and works as its lash artist. She is a Licensed Cosmetologist and a Borboleta Beauty Certified Lash Artist. She trained at Ogle Beauty School of Fort Worth and graduated in 2016.
