A first visit begins with a new-patient consultation of about 45 to 50 minutes that covers the full history of the condition. A spinal exam and digital posture assessment follow, and digital X-rays are taken on site when needed. A doctor and a radiologist review the images and write a report of findings. Results are explained at the visit, and most first visits include an adjustment and therapy. Costs are gone over in full before care starts, and patients can come in their regular clothes.

Each treatment plan is built around the individual patient. Follow-up visits include an adjustment, and later in care a postural adjustment with exercises or stretches may be added with the aim of longer-term correction. Adjustments are made without force on a specialized table, and patients can request a preferred adjustment style.

The practice sits at the intersection of Trinity Boulevard and Duck Slough Boulevard, inside Trinity Professional Plaza, and has a large free parking lot. Clients can book appointments online or by phone, or contact the office to request a same-day visit. Early and late hours are available. Insurance is accepted, and coverage can be checked with the office. A separate therapy room is used for stretching, exercise and spinal decompression traction.

Beyond chiropractic, the practice offers acupuncture, massage therapy, esthetician services and laboratory blood work. Skincare products from Tuel, Circadia, Clear Choice and Tizo are sold on site.
