Waxing is done with a vegan, hypoallergenic hard wax. The business says regular waxing can lead to smoother skin, fewer razor bumps and fewer ingrowns over time, and that three to four early sessions may be needed for a steady growth pattern, especially for Brazilians and legs. It describes its Brazilian as the best in Trinity; that is the business's own claim.

The aesthetics menu includes a custom facial, a cica recovery facial for sensitive skin, dermaplaning, chemical and micro peels, and a no-downtime TCA resurfacing peel with amino acids and vitamins. Body exfoliation treatments target areas prone to breakouts or clogged pores, moving through double cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, a mask and moisturizer. Red light, high frequency and a hot oil scalp treatment can be added to most facials.

Booking runs through an online Glossgenius page. Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 to 12:00, Saturday 9:00 to 12:00 and Sunday 11:00 to 2:00. New clients pay a 50% deposit to reserve time, every account needs a valid card on file, and appointments are confirmed with a 48-hour reminder. Changes must be made 24 hours ahead to avoid a 30% late fee, no-shows incur 50%, and a card that cannot be charged means the amount is due before the next visit. Clients running late should text or call, and after 7 minutes the appointment may be treated as a no-show. New clients may be offered a $45 Brazilian at their first visit.

The studio plans visits around regrowth: body and Brazilian waxes about every four weeks, face and underarms about every two, with hair about a quarter to half inch long and exfoliation two to three times a week in between.
