Lash extensions run from natural and wispy to full and dramatic, and fills are recommended every two to three weeks. Mini fills are for clients returning within seven days of a previous lash appointment. The Korean lash lift lasts six to eight weeks and can be done with a tint or paired with a half set of extensions. Brow services include threading, waxing, brow mapping with tint, brow lamination and tinting. Facials begin with a skin consultation and combine deep cleansing, extractions, sculpting massage, hot towels and targeted treatments. The business describes its facial as one people are talking about. Facial and Vajacial products are made with natural ingredients and contain no synthetic fragrance.

Policies matter here. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, and a deposit can be rolled over once to a new date. Cancelling with less notice forfeits the deposit, requires a new deposit to rebook and charges 50 percent of the service. No-shows are charged the full scheduled service. There is a 15-minute grace period, after which clients are charged $1 per minute late or the appointment may be cancelled. Lash refills are only booked on sets the owner previously did, and at least half of the lashes must still be in place. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
