Brow services cover tinting, lamination and waxing. Most brow appointments include a brow bath and a short styling lesson so clients can shape their brows between visits. A prepaid option called The Brow Club provides twelve brow wax appointments over a year for one upfront payment of $300, which the salon says saves $180 compared with regular pricing.

Lash services include lash tints, lifts, fills and full new sets. Lash lifts can be done with a traditional or a Korean-style technique, chosen according to each client's lash texture, length and growth. Lash appointments include a gel under-eye treatment and, for some services, a deep-conditioning mask. Clients remove contact lenses before lash services, and the salon supplies cases and solution for lash tint.

Skin services center on customized facials, which can be paired with dermaplaning or a chemical peel. A quick express cleanse with dermaplaning is offered as an add-on to lash or brow appointments. Clients are asked to avoid retinol for seven days before brow lamination, brow or lip waxing, and combined lash and brow services.

Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations are charged half the booked service, and no-shows are charged the full service price.
