Lash work is the core of the studio. Options range from classic extensions, with one extension applied to one natural lash, to hybrid, volume, wet set and mega volume extensions, which vary in look, fullness and appointment length. Refills are offered for each style, and a lash lift and tint can be booked on their own or together. Refills include a complimentary lash shampoo, and a refill with less than half of the lashes remaining can be swapped for a full set or topped up with added lashes. Clients who want a little more length or fullness can add 10, 20 or 30 lashes to a set. Extension removal with a shampoo is also available. Clients receive aftercare guidance covering gentle cleansing with a lash-safe cleanser and avoiding oil-based products and extreme heat.

Brow services include threading, waxing with a customized shape and tint, henna, lamination and a maintenance option that combines lamination, henna and tinting. Facial hair removal can be done by waxing or threading, and the client chooses the method. Waxing is also offered for the lip, chin, sideburns and full face.

Makeup services range from a quick touch-up kit to soft and full glam looks, a travel glam service at the client's location within 25 miles of the studio, and bridal trials with a review of bridal packages. Each glam option lists what is included, such as lashes, sample lipstick or touch-up supplies. A beginner one-on-one lesson covers foundation matching, skincare prep, simple eyeshadow, everyday makeup and mascara, and includes a digital course guide, a makeup case and a certificate of completion. Lessons must be reserved at least three days ahead, and payment plans are available. Strip lash application is not included.

A complimentary 30-minute consultation is available before booking to talk through the desired look, lash or brow options and which services suit the client. The studio says the clients are served by a licensed esthetician. Returns are not refunded; store credit is issued instead. Cosmetic and skincare products sold online include cleansers, a moisturizer, a serum, an exfoliating scrub and mask, and lash shampoo.

Each appointment is built around the individual client, with goals discussed and the process explained before the service begins.
