Starry-Eyed Lashes

The studio has been running since 2019 from a suite on Ethan Way in Sacramento. It is open Monday through Thursday, 11 AM to 7 PM, and closed Friday through Sunday. The studio describes itself as offering attention to detail and affordable luxury.

Extensions are offered in three styles. Classic sets use single lashes for a natural or defined look. Volume sets use 6D fans with six lashes each, suited to sparse lashes or a fuller look, and mega volume sets use 12D fans with twelve lashes each, suited to very full lashes. Classic and volume full sets take about two hours, and mega volume full sets are also two hours. A consultation and full set, priced from $120 and taking about 100 minutes or more, begins with a discussion of lash types so the best-suited extensions can be chosen. A touch-up, priced from $50 and taking about 40 minutes or more, comes in three options.

Refills are priced by style: classic at $80, volume at $100 and mega volume at $120, each taking about 80 minutes. A refill is only available when at least half of the extensions from the previous set remain; otherwise the appointment is booked as a full set. Refills are recommended about two weeks after the previous service.

Lash lifts are a perm for natural lashes, priced at $80 and taking 80 minutes. The curl typically lasts about six to eight weeks, depending on how quickly lashes grow. A lift with a black permanent tint is $100 and takes 90 minutes. Lash removal is $40 and takes 30 minutes.

New clients booking a full set or lift pay a deposit: $60 for a classic full set, $75 for a volume full set, $85 for a mega volume full set, $40 for a lash lift and $50 for a lift with tint. Deposits are non-refundable but can be moved to a new appointment. Appointments should be cancelled by 5 PM the day before to avoid a fee; cancelling later costs 50% of the service price, and a no-call, no-show is charged the full price.
